Pairing: !!!!Step 3 in the quick setup guide is not clear. It's trying to tell you that there are thin plastic strips on the end of each microphone. YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC STRIPS. They have a tiny red tags and are very easy to miss. I needed a magnifying glass to see them. Once you remove the strips, Blue tooth pairing should work as expected. (See Image).Earbuds:Other than the pairing issue, they're very nice. For earbuds, the sound quality is very good. I like all the control you have over the sound settings and noise cancellation. They're pricey, but you get what you pay for, and they do sound good.Case:The case might seem a bit gimmicky, but I find it useful. These are my first blue tooth earbuds, and I'm not sure how to tap the buds to control them. I'll figure it out eventually, but I'm not a power user. Having an easy way to change the volume instead of accidentally ending a call is a nice feature. I find it very convenient to have a separate, simple interface to the earbuds. The case gets a thumbs up.Documentation:Documentation gets a thumbs down. I took a star off the rating because their documentation is baffling. JBL's documentation department needs to look at step 3 and try again. It's clear as mud! Great earbuds. Terrible documentation.
I almost returned these because they wouldn't pair. However, the are good headphones. The noise cancellation is great and the overall quality is very good. Just remember to remove the plastic strips at the end of each earbud or they won't pair.
Portable, noise cancelling ok and sleek
I liked these a lot, but I needed better ANC, on par with Bose. Which is a tall order. There was nothing wrong with

Sound is perfect and in a room full of people I hear nothing except the music I'm playing or the person I'm talking to. Very comfortable and my ears have a habit of expelling ear buds, but not these ones. The case itself is very nice and easy to use and is a great feature. Overall it's the perfect earbuds.
